Our Health/P.E. 'Combo' classes are twelve week courses including six weeks of Physical Education and six weeks of Health.  They are separated by grade and all students are required to take one combo class in each of their 6th, 7th and 8th grade school years'.  This gives all students a total of eighteen weeks of Health during their three year's time at Issaquah Middle School.  One trimester, or twelve weeks, of General Physical Education is also required each year for three years, for all students. A total of eighteen weeks of Physical education is built into every student's schedule each year. 

Our 6th grade combo classes will be involved in our swimming program.  During the six week Physical Education component of the combo class, they will spend twelve days or twice a week at the Issaquah Pool.   Sixth grade is the only grade to be involved in the swimming program at this time.
